Sande Caplin has been involved in the Business and Automotive Industry since 1968.  Sande graduated with a Business Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology  and has worked in almost every area of the industry.  He has spent the last 12 years in Website Design, Internet Sales, BDC Management, Internet Department Management / Director and Internet Consulting.  Currently, Sande and his staff work closely with retail and commercial establishments and auto dealerships  managing their websites, consulting for their Internet departments and daily monitoring of Internet departments.  He is recognized as a leader in the industry.  Sande is a past president of Hope For Youth Inc., a child care agency for abused and abandoned children.  Sande's latest project is building a website for "Resurrection House," a day resource center for the homeless in Sarasota, Florida.  His posts can be viewed on linkedin.com, facebook.com, and he posts weekly on his Wordpress blog.

Chris Wechter has a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University in Electrical / Computer Engineering in 1994.  He has full training & experience in HTML, PHP, MySQL (Database), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Flash, Visual Basic, Joomla (Website Content Management), MS Front Page, Dreamweaver, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, Flash CS3, and advanced proficiency with MS Access, MS Word & MS Excel.  He is fully experienced in implementing SEO technologies for commercial applications, and implementing Google Adwords and pay per click technology.
